The website www.voicesnap.pro, the VoiceSnap Pro app and the server the app talks to are run by Iaroslav Morgunov, a sole trader (empresário em nome individual) established in Portugal. VoiceSnap Pro is the name of the product, not a separate company.

Parts of this website, such as the About page, call the founder “Morgan”. That is the name he uses in public; it is the same person and the same business.
VoiceSnap Pro is not on sale yet. It has not been publicly released, and there is no checkout; voicesnap.pro/download is a waitlist.
When it goes on sale, VoiceSnap Pro will be sold through Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA, as our reseller and merchant of record, under Polar's Buyer Terms. The licence to use VoiceSnap Pro is granted by us under our Terms of Use.
You can complain through the Portuguese electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. We would appreciate it if you wrote to support@voicesnap.pro first, so we can try to put things right.
If you are a consumer and we can't settle a dispute between us, you can turn to a consumer dispute resolution body (Lei 144/2015, article 18):
For disputes worth up to €5,000, if you choose to take the dispute to a consumer arbitration centre, we are required by law to take part (Lei 24/96, article 14(2)). Consumers in other EU countries can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country: www.eccnet.eu.
